John Chen created and developed several semi-custom home communities in Plum Creek Villages with homes ranging from $400,000 to over $500,000. These included “The Peninsula”, a 109-unit project located on three fairways of Plum Creek Golf & Country Club, “ Diamond Head ”, an 84-unit single-family community, and “Highland Estates” with 140 semi-custom lots. Several nationally recognized builders were involved in these projects including Beazer Homes, Ryland Homes and Pulte Homes, as well as Colorado builders Ashcroft Homes and Genesis Homes.
