Production homes

In 1997, John Chen began work on an affordable "production home" project called Ryder Cup .  His goal was to offer a lower priced single-family product so that first-time homebuyers could have an opportunity to purchase a home in Plum Creek Villages.  The result was an extremely successful partnership with the nationally recognized builder, U.S. Homes.  Within one year, all 118 homes in Ryder Cup were sold out.  The unprecedented success of this $27 million project encouraged a number of other local and national builders to partner with John Chen on future residential projects in Plum Creek Villages.
