John Chen has been responsible for the development of three patio home projects in Plum Creek Villages including the moderately priced community of “Masters Club” and the luxury golf course patio home projects at “Fairway Vistas” and “ Augusta Point ”, with prices ranging from $300,000 to over $400,000.
