John Chen has been involved in the creation and development of over 300 attached multi-family town home residential units in Plum Creek Villages. These golf course communities include “Sawgrass”, a partnership between John Chen and Century Communities, and “ St. Andrews ”, a project which coupled Mr. Chen and the nationally recognized multi-family builder, Trimark Communities. Prices of the town homes in these two projects ranges from $150,000 to $275,000.
