GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB

In 1992, John Chen acquired Plum Creek Golf & Country Club located in Castle Rock, Colorado, and Carlton Oaks Country Club, located near San Diego, California.

Situated within the Plum Creek Villages community, Plum Creek Golf & Country Club is a 175-acre private golf course and country club designed by the internationally renowned golf course architect, Pete Dye. The club includes a driving range, three restaurants, exercise equipment, and a first class recreation center with a swimming pool, two tennis courts, a children's playground and volleyball court. This 18-hole championship course is nationally acclaimed and has been the site of the PGA Senior Tour and the Ladies PGA Tour.

Carlton Oaks Country Club is a 180-acre public golf course facility designed by Perry Dye. In addition to the golf course, the club includes a restaurant, driving range, banquet facilities, and an adjacent 60-room lodge.
