Michael Shapiro, a Consultant at Holmby International. Inc., has been involved in the entertainment and professional athletic business since 1975. In 1999, Mr. Shapiro led the negotiations for acquisition and financing of the professional baseball team, the Toronto Blue Jays, and for their stadium, the Toronto Sky Dome.
In addition, his company is participating in the development of a number of sports projects which integrate major sports facilities with commercial, residential and entertainment venues. These include an ice hockey arena in Pittsburgh and a football stadium in Southern California. Mr. Shapiro resides in Los Angeles, California. |
 Rick Stucy, a Consultant at Holmby International. Inc., has been associated with John Chen for the past twelve years as a consultant and general contractor and has been involved in land development for over 20 years. Mr. Stucy is the founder and owner of The Stucy Company, a real estate brokerage firm and Trail Star Development, a residential and commercial development and construction company. Mr. Stucy resides in Castle Rock, Colorado.
