 John Chen, President of Holmby International, Inc. has been involved in land development, commercial and residential construction, and country club ownership and management for the past 20 years. Mr. Chen's approach to community development and country club management is based on years of experience with successful multi-million dollar projects. Mr. Chen entered the real estate market in Hawaii where he founded Hiro Pacific Corporation. Under Mr. Chen's management, Hiro Pacific was responsible for over $100 million in high-end residential and commercial development. While in Hawaii, John Chen also started H.P. Aviation, engaging in corporate jet operations, management, sales, and the operation of a charter helicopter business serving the Hawaiian Islands.
Fluent in English, Korean, Japanese and two Chinese dialects, John Chen currently resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife and three children.

 Prior to joining John Chen's staff, Peter Rinehart spent 10 years in California serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant to the California State Legislature and then 14 years in Colorado as a Regional Vice President with VF Corporation where he was responsible for sales in seven western states. In 1994, Mr. Rinehart became part of John Chen's land development staff, initially working on the Parade of Homes project. In his capacity as V.P. of Land Development, Mr. Rinehart oversees the planning and construction of residential and commercial projects and works closely with the City and County officials to complete the entitlement and development review process associated with all land development projects in Plum Creek Villages.
Mr. Rinehart also serves as a Board member of the Plum Creek Metropolitan District, which has been responsible for the design and installation of public infrastructure such as roads, sidewalks and utilities within the Plum Creek community. In addition, Mr. Rinehart has helped to create and manage a number of homeowner associations related to the various communities developed by John Chen. |
