JOHN CHEN, PRESIDENT

Holmby International, Inc. is a diversified real estate development company engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties, and the ownership and management of golf courses in the United States and Asia.

The history of Holmby International, Inc. began in 1989 when John Chen, the company's founder and President established Hiro Pacific Corporation in Hawaii. Under Mr. Chen's leadership, this land development company was to become responsible for over $100 million in residential and commercial development revenues over the next eight years.

In 1992, John Chen founded Holmby Leisure Country Club, Ltd., subsequently purchasing golf course and development property in California and Colorado. Following the success of Holmby Leisure's business enterprises, Mr. Chen expanded his land development business in the United States by creating several new property holding companies in 1999. By 2007, John Chen's land development and golf course companies were responsible for over $237 million in revenue, creating a value to their respective communities in excess of $500 million.

In addition to his land development interests in the United States, John Chen has been involved in property development in Asia, owning and managing commercial and residential income property in China, Japan and Korea.

In order to encompass his continued expansion into the Asian market as well as his extensive land development business interests in the United States, John Chen established Holmby International, Inc. in 2007.
